Job Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production activities.
Achieve production targets as per customer requirements and production schedules.
Manage production of CNC, VMC and conventional machining operations.
Plan manpower, machine capacity and production resources effectively.
Monitor machine utilization, productivity and overall production efficiency.
Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase and Stores departments.
Ensure production is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Minimize rejection, rework, scrap and machine downtime.
Prepare and maintain daily production reports, MIS and production performance reports.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
Train, guide and develop supervisors, operators and other production employees.
Ensure compliance with company policies,



safety standards and applicable statutory requirements.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of CNC and VMC machining processes.
Good knowledge of production planning and shop-floor management.
Experience in handling operators, supervisors and production teams.
Knowledge of production MIS and Excel.
Good knowledge of quality control and process improvement techniques.
Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and OEE.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good communication and team-management skills.
Ability to work under production targets and time pressure.

Pay: ₹66,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
