We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team.

Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Education Counselling, or a related role.
Freshers with excellent communication and a robust interest in sales may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Handle enquiries from students interested in our training programs.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
Conduct phone, WhatsApp, and in-person counselling.
Convert enquiries into admissions.
Follow up with interested candidates until enrolment.
Support workshops, seminars, college outreach, and other student acquisition activities.




Develop relationships with colleges and other potential institutional partners.

Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
Comfortable using CRM, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other sales tools.
Target-oriented with a solid interest in sales and business development.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
