For this role, the absolute most important qualities we seek are critical thinking, the ability to learn current systems rapidly, and basic computer literacy.You will be trained to set up, program, and operate our advanced fiber laser cutting machinery. An understanding of English is essential for navigating software interfaces and reading technical documents. Candidates who possess these core problem-solving traits along with CNC bending/press brake experience will be highly preferred.Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation & Programming: Learn and operate CNC fiber laser software to load nesting files, adjust gas pressures, and set cutting speeds.
Critical Problem Solving: Monitor the cutting process, spot defects or machine errors quickly, and use critical thinking to troubleshoot and adjust settings on the fly.
Computer & File Management:



Use the machine's computer interface to manage digital DXF/drawing files, update production logs, and input cutting data.
Quality & Measurements: Read technical instructions (in English) and use precision measuring tools like calipers to ensure final products meet quality standards.
Cross-Functional Support: Readily adapt to operating or assisting with CNC bending/press brake machines based on factory production needs.
