Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify new business opportunities, build solid client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Generate leads through networking, references, cold calling, online platforms, and market visits.
Meet potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Prepare and present company services/products to prospective clients.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Maintain regular client communication and provide updates.
Achieve monthly and yearly business development targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare basic sales and business development reports for management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business development or sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid client-handling and relationship-management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
