Role Overview & Responsibilities
Customer Service: Welcome guests, assist with inquiries, and guide visitors to their screens.
Operations: Handle ticketing, billing, cash transactions, and food & beverage counters.
Maintenance: Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are met across the cinema floor.
Support: Resolve customer complaints and promote memberships or special offers.
Requirements & Eligibility
Age Limit: Generally up to 25years old.
Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass), diploma, or degree.
Skills: Positive communication skills in English/Malayalam, pleasant personality, and willingness to work adaptable shifts (day or night shifts, weekends, and holidays)
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
