Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Functional / EC / PMGM / RCM / ONB.
n
Robust understanding of respective module and their implementation.
n
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
n
Robust communication skills, both verbal and written.
n

Preferred Skills:

n

n
Knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards.
n
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
n
Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.
n

Qualifications:

n

n
Bachelor‘s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
n
7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
n
Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
n
