Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential US clients.
n
Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other platforms.
n
Connect with decision-makers and hiring managers.
n
Introduce our recruitment and staffing services to prospective clients.
n
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
n
Follow up with prospects and identify new business opportunities.
n
Maintain daily activity and prospecting reports.
n
Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements.
n
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting targets.
