About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Head to build and scale our business unit serving the automotive OEM, Tier-1 and industrial manufacturing sector.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in handling of startup culture with a proven ability to develop business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business with Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers and industrial customers.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and customer network.
Identify new projects, RFQs and greenfield/brownfield opportunities.
Develop relationships with Plant Heads, Engineering, Projects, Purchase and Management teams.
Lead technical-commercial proposals and negotiations.
Drive order booking, revenue, margins and repeat business.
Develop strategic partnerships with technology and equipment suppliers.
Identify opportunities in paint shop, automation, engineering services, retrofit and maintenance.
Develop market strategy, competitor intelligence and current business opportunities.
Work closely with Engineering,



Procurement, Finance and Project teams for successful execution.
Build the business unit with a strong focus on growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Aligning the business with Govt schemes & international regulations

Preferred candidate profile
815 years of experience in the industry of automotive engineering & service providers .
Strong exposure to Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 customers handling.
Proven B2B technical sales and business development experience.
Solid understanding of RFQ, costing, commercial negotiation and project business.
Existing automotive industry network will be an advantage.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a business from zero to scale.
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
