Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day resort operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
Supervise staff and coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Events and Maintenance teams.
Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest concerns professionally.
Monitor operational standards, cleanliness, safety and service quality.
Manage staff schedules, inventory, vendors and operational expenses.
Coordinate events and ensure timely execution of resort activities.
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.
Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in resort/hotel operations.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Valuable knowledge of hospitality operations and team management.
Ability to work versatile schedule, including weekends and holidays.
