HIRING – REAL ESTATE TELECALLER

Position: Telecaller – Sales & Customer Support

Industry: Real Estate

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Experience: Minimum 1 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Generate and follow up on real estate sales leads.
Understand customer requirements and explain property details.
Handle customer queries and provide proper information.
Convince and convert potential customers into site visits.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
Maintain customer data, call records and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with prospective customers.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales,



Customer Support, Inside Sales or Real Estate.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Hindi/Gujarati communication preferred; basic English is an advantage.
Positive customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
