Job Description:

Position: Production Incharge (Paint Shop)

Location: Vapi

Experience: 5 - 8 Years

Industries: Automobile

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day production activities for metallizing and painting processes.
Plan production as per customer requirements and production targets.
Handle manpower allocation and monitor operator performance.
Ensure proper machine operation, process parameters, and production schedules.
Monitor quality of metallized and painted products and minimize rejection/rework.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
Ensure proper material availability and timely completion of production.
Maintain production records, reports, and process documentation.
Implement 5S, safety, and housekeeping practices on the shop floor.




Identify production issues and take corrective actions to improve productivity.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in Paint shop & Metalizing Quality
Solid analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of SAP will be plus point.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Electrical/Mechanical
