WE’RE HIRING | INSIDE SALES & ORDER COORDINATION EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a Inside Sales & Order Coordination Executive to join our team.

This is an office-based role involving lead calling, customer follow-ups, order processing, invoicing, and coordination of dispatch/delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Handle 50–100 leads provided by the Lead Manager
Call leads, understand their requirements, and follow up for orders
Convert interested leads into confirmed orders
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing
Prepare and maintain invoices and order-related documents
Coordinate dispatch and delivery of orders
Track pending orders, deliveries, and customer requirements
Maintain accurate records in Excel/CRM
Ensure every order is properly completed and closed

Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in telecalling,



inside sales, back-office sales, order processing, or customer coordination
Positive communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable making regular customer calls
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and Email
Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple orders simultaneously
