Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day Fiber Mill production activities.
Achieve daily and monthly production targets.
Monitor coconut husk input, fibre output and fibre recovery.
Ensure required fibre quality and minimize wastage.
Allocate and manage production workers/contract labour effectively.
Monitor machine operation and coordinate with the Maintenance team for breakdowns.
Ensure minimum machine downtime and smooth production.
Maintain daily production, manpower, downtime and recovery records.
Ensure proper usage of PPE and follow all safety procedures.
Maintain 5S and valuable housekeeping in the production area.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
