We are looking for a Tele Sales & Back Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a qualified approach, and the ability to efficiently coordinate between customers, sales executives, and the internal team.
The role involves telephonic customer interaction, sales coordination, order processing, follow-ups, documentation, and day-to-day back-office support.
Preferred candidate profile
Make regular outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and pending requirements.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and order status.
Maintain customer records, sales data, and daily follow-up reports.
Coordinate sales orders, dispatches, and related documentation.
Provide timely updates to customers regarding product availability, pricing, delivery, and order status.
Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for smooth order execution.
Maintain proper records of customer communication and follow-ups.
Support the sales team with day-to-day back-office activities.
Prepare basic MIS reports and daily/weekly sales coordination reports.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending enquiries and opportunities.
Handle routine customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
