Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Tele calling Executive to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Hot Lead Engagement: Proactively connect with warm/hot leads provided, understand their needs, and effectively articulate the value proposition of our products/services in explicit and persuasive Telugu.
Follow-up Calls: Conduct timely and strategic follow-up calls to nurture leads, address queries, overcome objections, and move prospects further down the sales funnel.
Meeting Scheduling: Successfully fix and confirm meetings/appointments for the sales team with qualified clients, ensuring a smooth handover process.
Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, interactions, lead status,
and meeting schedules in the CRM system. Generate daily reports on call outcomes, lead progression, and achieved targets.
Sales Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales representatives to provide up-to-date lead information, gather feedback, and ensure a coordinated approach to closing deals.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively answer client questions and provide accurate information.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients through skilled and courteous communication.
Qualifications:
Good Communication Skills
Proficient in using data entry software, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), and database systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive organizational and time management skills.
Basic understanding of data privacy regulations is an advantage.Role & responsibilities
