Role & responsibilities
Greet and serve customers professionally.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
Serve food and beverages as per restaurant standards.
Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup.
Handle customer requests and complaints politely.
Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
Support the team during busy hours and other restaurant operations.
Preferred candidate profile
12 years of experience as a Waiter, Steward, or Restaurant Service Staff.
customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Well-groomed, punctual, and disciplined.
Able to work in shifts, weekends, and during busy hours.
Candidates with experience in restaurants, cafs, QSRs, or hotels preferred.
