Key Responsibilities
Sales & P&L;: Achieve monthly/yearly revenue targets, manage centre P&L;, and drive minimum 15% Month-on-Month growth.
Operations & Compliance: Ensure strict SOP compliance, efficient scheduling, and inventory tracking via software (Zenoti).
Customer Experience: Maintain NPS above 90% by resolving client issues and ensuring high service standards.

Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Nutrition, or related field.
5+ years of experience in managing beauty, wellness, hospitality, or service-industry operations.
Robust leadership, financial acumen, and consultative sales skills.
Experience with clinic software (Zenoti) is a plus.
