The Senior Showroom Manager oversees end-to-end commercial operations, high-value sales growth, inventory security, and staff performance for a flagship jewellery showroom. With over 15 years of industry expertise, this executive level position manages large-scale operations, builds relationships with Individuals, enforces strict loss prevention protocols, and leads high-performing sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue: Achieve monthly store targets, plan festive promotions, and track daily sales performance.
Customer Service:



Personally handle high-value buyers, bridal clients, custom orders, and VIP relationships.
Stock & Vault Control: Conduct daily morning/evening weight checks
Team Management: Guide, train, and manage sales staff, cashiers, and floor teams.
Security & Compliance: Enforce opening/closing vault protocols, store security, billing accuracy, and hallmarking rules.
Showroom Operations: Maintain attractive display counters, handle customer complaints, and send daily reports to management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
