Creative Director – AI Performance Ads

If you obsess over why people stop scrolling, understand the power of a outstanding hook, and see AI as a creative superpower — this role is for you.

You’ll own the complete creative engine:
Concept → Hook → Script → AI Production → Edit → QC → Data → Iterate

What you’ll own
• Develop high-impact concepts, hooks and scripts for Meta performance ads.
• Create AI-generated ads end-to-end — visuals, characters, scenes, voice, SFX, music and final edits.
• Lead a team of 3–5 editors, setting creative direction and maintaining speed, consistency and quality.
• Turn ideas into short-form stories that feel like content, not ads.
• Own final creative QC before launch.
• Analyse CTR, CPI/CPA, CPM, installs and scaling data to understand what wins.




• Turn performance insights into the next wave of creative concepts and tests.

What we’re looking for
• Robust instinct for storytelling, consumer psychology and short-form content.
• Hands-on experience with AI video, image and voice generation tools.
• Ability to translate data into clear creative decisions.
• Proven eye for hooks, pacing, editing and retention.
• Comfortable leading editors and giving sharp, actionable creative feedback.
• High ownership, fast execution and zero ego about killing what doesn’t work.
