The Role Lead Generation Focus
This is not a closing role — your primary responsibility is to generate, qualify, and book high-quality leads for the sales team in Australia.

You will engage with Australian businesses and identify prospects for our advertising services.

Target Clients Include:
Real Estate Agencies, Gyms, Childcare Centres, Medical Clinics, Dentists, Restaurants, and Franchise Groups.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to Australian businesses to generate leads
Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers
Book appointments for senior sales consultants
Maintain and update CRM with accurate data
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries
Build rapport and create interest in APA’s advertising services




Consistently meet daily/weekly lead generation targets

Skills & Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation
Experience calling or working with the Australian market (highly preferred)
Clear and confident English communication (neutral or Australian-style accent preferred)
Solid phone presence and ability to engage decision-makers
Good understanding of sales processes and lead qualification
Basic proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
Highly driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
