Key Responsibilities

Periodic reporting:
Assets & Liabilities control
Applicable regulatory reporting
F&A; Reports
SEZ related mandatory reports
Other internal reports from time to time

Tax:

GST/IGST related matters, calculating applicable TDS/withholding taxes, Tax compliance

returns, Liaising with F & A, tax consultants

Accounting:
Expense registration and Booking
Maintaining Fixed Assets Depreciation Register and Booking
Tax provision calculation and booking.

Reconciliation:
Bank accounts reconciliation
Account Payable and Receivable reconciliation
Office accounts reconciliation

Audit:



Coordinate with External statutory Auditors and Internal stakeholder to finish the annual/Quarterly audit related matters

HR: Coordination for monthly salary payments, Reimbursements etc.
