nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Provide Operational support to new access provisioning requirementsn
- Provide Consultation support to various product areas (domains/verticals)n
- Able to independently work to troubleshoot access issues for end usersn
- Conduct comprehensive IT audits of vendor operations within infrastructure, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.n
- Identify,



assess, and report on IT risks associated with vendor access and operations within environment.n
- Stay updated on the latest IT audit trends, security vulnerabilities, and evolving infrastructure and security landscape.n
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the VOVO IT audit program and methodologies.n

nMinimum Qualifications:
n
- n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to diverse audiences.n
- Able to work independently and flexible with shift timingsn
- Use of tools such as spreadsheets, pivot tables, databases, command line interfacesn
- Knowledge of SQL and markup will be added advantagen
- Should be a team player and work collaboratively internally with stakeholders and externally with suppliersn
- Experience auditing within a large-scale, complex technology workplace (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, other
