nEducation:
nChartered Accountant (Qualified / Semi Qualified) / Bachelor‘s/Master’s in Commerce or MBA in Finance and Accounting
n
nMust Have:
nProficiency in core accounting, accounting standards, IFRS, GAAP, Core RTR experience (Journals, Bank Recs, Reporting, Balance Sheet Recs)
n
nGood to have:
nWorking experience in SAP, Oracle Accounting ERPs, Communication – Oral and emails, work experience in Balance sheet tools like Blackline, Trintech
n
nJob Requirements:
n• Experience in control testing, SOX, Risk and Assurance Management
n• Proficiency in core accounting, accounting standards / IFRS / GAAP
n• BPO Experience
n• Good communication skills
n• Advanced problem solving and analysis,
n• Valuable communication and presentation skills
n• Adaptability to work with cross country clients/ counterparts
n• Good knowledge of MS desktop applications
n• Exposure in SAP is preferable
n• Experience in GRC tools
n• Audit Assignments in Media industry

nTechnical Capabilities / Skills:
n1. Knowledge in IFRS, GAAP and IAS
n2. Knowledge in IFRS 16 / 15
n3. Accounting concepts – Going Concern Concept / Accrual Concept
n4. Knowledge in Financial Statement
n5. Knowledge in deferred Income / Expenses
n6. Knowledge in the schedules in the Balance Sheet.
