Job Summary
:

As a Content Strategy and Activation Manager, you will lead content strategy and activation engagements for clients, working with business, creative, data, technology and marketing teams to develop data-driven content strategies and customer-centric experiences across channels.

You will translate business, brand and customer requirements into content strategies, activation plans, operating processes, measurement frameworks and roadmaps.



The role will involve supporting the evolution of content workflows across planning, creation, approval, personalization, distribution, optimization and measurement, while helping clients leverage generative AI and agentic AI to transform content and marketing workflows.

You will also help clients improve content discoverability through SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and leverage content and marketing platforms to deliver personalized and scalable customer experiences. You will manage project teams, engage with client stakeholders, contribute to proposals and thought leadership and identify opportunities to apply emerging capabilities across content strategy and activation.
