We are seeking a Services Procurement (SOW Management) Coordinating Specialist to join our team In this key role, you will be the operational backbone of our client-specific Services Procurement program, ensuring seamless execution, VMS administration,



and exceptional customer service across client stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.

Position Summary

Role: Services Procurement (SOW Management) Coordinating Specialist
Location/Travel: Hybrid (Working from Office at least 2-3 days a week @ Hyderabad )
Education: Associate's degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience in Staffing, or MSP industries

What You’ll Do

SOW & VMS Administration: Conduct SOW record creation and maintenance within the Vendor Management System (VMS). Assist client end-users with request entries, monitor requisitions, and track pending workflow items.
Supplier & Worker Lifecycle Oversight: Guide suppliers through onboarding, time entry, rate card compliance, engagement tracking, and offboarding within the VMS.
