The Candidate
The successful candidate will have a solid working knowledge of borrowing base administration, collateral management,



Asset-Based Lending (ABL), private credit, structured finance, and secured lending transactions. They will possess experience interpreting finance documentation, overseeing collateral reporting processes, and managing stakeholder relationships across borrowers, lenders, and investment managers.
They will be driven to deliver service excellence through strong leadership, sound judgement, effective communication, and a high level of attention to detail. The individual will demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities, resolve complex issues, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of operational controls and processes

Main Responsibilities:
Borrowing Base Administration
- Review borrower-submitted collateral reports, borrowing base certificates, receivables agings, inventory reports, and supporting documentation.
- Validate borrowing base calculations in accordance with eligibility criteria, advan
