Job Purpose
• Manage AG tractor segment Parts Management and ensure that the buying policy,
strategy, and objectives are in line with the regional initiatives.
• Collaborate with other managers & team members to smooth Supplies as per the schedules.
• Arrange supplies and materials according to specifications & schedules (right quantity at right time).
• Coordinate Warehousing team in line with warehousing procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Managing Purchase & Procurement: To manage buying activities in collaboration with purchase, planning, suppliers, warehouse operations, finance, IQC & resolve any delivery issue, QC issue.
Managing Inventory Management: To maintain the inventory flow with optimum stocks in hand & by managing the stocks at transporters (3rd party warehouse) as per varying Min-Max Levels of individual parts (categorized in Classes A, B, C based upon the criticality, cost & volumes) and manage milk run process from local suppliers.
