ServiceTitan is looking for an Accounting Manager with solid leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills to join the GL team. This is a foundational role - the first in-house accounting hire in India - responsible for owning the full accounting operations for the India entity, managing the relationship with our outsourced accounting firm, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This position will work closely with the Senior Accounting Manager on key processes, policies, and building out the India accounting function. As the India team grows,



this role will lead and expand the local accounting team.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage the India entity accounting function, including operation of the general ledger system, journal entries, and month-end close activities while meeting global close deadlines.
• Reconcile, analyze, and resolve questions regarding assigned general ledger accounts timely and accurately, including multi-currency and complex bank accounts.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, providing flux explanations for significant variances to management.
• Oversee preparation of supporting schedules and footnotes for local financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the fixed asset register, including capitalization, depreciation runs, asset disposals, and periodic physical verification; ensure proper classification and accounting treatment in line with company policy.
