Location: Vijayawada & Karimnagar
Experience: 5+ Years in Fashion/Retail or 2 Years as Store Manager
Team Handling: 5+ Members
Salary: Up to 50K + other benifits
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage store operations and drive sales targets
• Lead, train & motivate the store team
• Deliver exceptional customer experience
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising & shrinkage
• Analyse store performance and improve productivity
• Ensure SOP, compliance & operational standards
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Fashion/Retail
• 2+ years as Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager
• Experience handling a team of 5+ members
• Strong sales, leadership & customer-handling skills
• Good knowledge of inventory & visual merchandising
• Solid analytical skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
