Role Description:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, be comfortable creating engaging content, and know how to build an active online community around the brand.

Roles and responsibilities will involve managing daily posting schedules, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner. The role includes developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing content for each platform, and collaborating with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall brand objectives.



The Social Media Manager will track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and use insights to adjust strategies for better reach and engagement.

What we are looking for:

- The candidate must be creative, proactive and willing to experiment with new content ideas.
- Relevant experience managing brands and social media accounts, preferably in education, edtech, or entertainment, is beneficial.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of paid social campaigns is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and cooperative environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, manage multiple platforms simultaneously, and adapt quickly to changing trends and priorities.
