As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The engineer actively participates in refining application functionalities and adapting configurations to evolving business demands, ensuring that the software remains productive and relevant throughout its lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges that may impact timelines or deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management.
- Strong understanding of Workday configuration and integration capabilities.
- Experience in designing and implementing business process workflows within Workday.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with data management and reporting features related to absence management.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.

- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
