We are looking for organised, detail-oriented and proactive Merchandisers and Buying professionals at Junior and Senior levels to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) in Logic and OneDrive.
- Coordinate with designated manufacturing units on materials, trims, fabrics, prints and other product requirements.
- Discuss product requirements with factories and ensure all specifications are clearly communicated.
- Plan and track sampling timelines, approvals and production dates.
- Coordinate with Design, Buying, Production and Factory teams to ensure smooth product development.
- Follow up on samples, approvals, materials and production milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all product and order information is updated regularly.
- Identify and communicate any delays, quality issues or production concerns to the relevant teams.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion,
Apparel, Merchandising or a related field.
- Positive understanding of garments, fabrics, trims and production processes.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, ERP/software systems and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
For Senior Merchandisers: Experience in managing factories, production timelines, vendor coordination and end-to-end product development will be an advantage.
