- Ensure timely delivery of the content.
- Create pool of SME.
- Identify SME(s) for content development as per the client need and the business requirement.

- 5-7 years of experience in client interaction
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- Customer oriented.
- Project management skills.
- Positive planning skills.
- Exposure from assessment / examination industry preferred.
