What will you learn?

As a Junior Foreman you will work with a site manager and learn how to manage projects from start to finish. You will learn;

- Managing subcontractors through leadership
- WHS – inductions, SWMS, toolbox talks, safety walks
- Programming – planning out your week
- Quality Control
- Organising Site – set out, deliveries, permits, client meetings, etc…

Full training will be provided and you learn at your own speed. In time you will progress to a foreman role and run smaller jobs by yourself.
