Job Overview

The Manager - SEO is responsible for designing and executing a holistic SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy to drive organic growth, enhance search visibility, and scale lead generation for Learn Vantage programs across India and new markets. This role involves leading search initiatives for an expanding portfolio of certificate and degree programs in collaboration with premier institutions like IIMs and IITs.

It requires partnering with content, product, analytics, and agency teams to strengthen AI discoverability and maximize business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the overall SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy for Learn Vantage programs, driving organic growth across India and new international markets.

Strengthen AI discoverability and search visibility by optimizing content for contemporary search intent, answer engines, and generative AI platforms.

Partner closely with content, product, analytics,



and external agency teams to align organic initiatives with broader business objectives.

Drive organic lead generation and maximize business impact to support our expanding academic portfolio.

Track and analyze organic performance metrics, providing actionable insights to continually refine and scale search strategies.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

12 to 15 years of proven experience in driving successful search engine optimization and digital growth strategies.

Strong command over traditional SEO alongside emerging focus areas like AEO and GEO.

Prior experience handling education, tech, or digital program portfolios, with collaborations involving academic institutions being a strong plus.

Excellent cross-functional collaboration, analytical thinking, and strategic execution capabilities.
