Role Overview

The Digital Content Manager will work in coordination with the visual producer to drive visual strategy requirements, providing active support for visual productions, coordinating with creative agencies, and delivering key outputs across programs.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes

- Develop a rapid pipeline of video and creative content to immediately disseminate key organizational initiatives.
- Coordinate efficiently with internal and external video agencies, creative producers, and field teams.
- Provide creative support for internal and selected external collateral while maintaining photo and video archives.
- Co-develop a video calendar with the visual producer for internal and external programmatic themes.
- Produce regular short videos demonstrating the impact of ongoing work and key issues.
- Ensure quick turnarounds of straightforward short and long-form video content.




- Regularly update the organization's You Tube channel, driving engagement and optimizing for search engines (SEO) and visual presentation.

Qualifications & Competencies

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Media, Visual Communication, Video Production, Filmmaking, or Television News Production.
- Experience: 3+ years in visual production with the ability to work independently. Media, communication, television, web, and filmmaking experience required, with an orientation toward the development sector preferred.
- Competencies: Strong visually driven background, creative thinking, deep knowledge of visual production across multiple formats, and strong project/vendor management skills.
