About the Chance
The Location Head will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with EHS standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives at the site. The position reports to the Regional Head - Operations and is critical to achieving site-level KPIs and customer satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities
- Formulate and ensure implementation of all operational and non-operational processes and strategies in line with customer and organizational business requirements.
- Evaluate KPIs as per contract, review process performance and strategy progress, develop action plans for improvement, and monitor customer complaints and their resolution.
- Evaluate service levels, review processes and procedures, identify areas for improvement, and establish and execute action plans.
- Monitor and track direct and indirect costs.
- Manage and lead a group of employees in the location to ensure work discipline.
- Handle critical IR issues and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
- Assign, monitor, and review individual performance as per KRA; develop plans for performance improvement.
- Manage and review BA performance on a monthly basis, implementing remedies for deficient performance.
- Conduct monthly reviews with the team and customer.




- Provide inputs to the customer and MLL in the form of Daily MIS reports.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices and clearance of outstanding amounts.
- Ensure identification of environmental aspects and their impacts, OH&S; hazards and risks of activities under control.
- Conduct periodic review and updation of Aspects/Impacts and HIRA register.
- Propose EHS objectives and targets.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and other requirements related to EHS.
- Ensure compliance of applicable compliance obligations.
- Ensure conservation of natural resources.
- Lead continuous improvement projects like Kaizen, QC projects, Six Sigma, etc.
- Lead 5S initiative in the area/department.
- Support achievement of audit targets in 5S, QMS, ISO, EMS, EnMS, OHSMS, etc.
- Focus on electricity consumption and paper consumption.
- Celebrate earth hours.
- Perform UAUC reporting.
- Identify training needs of employees and contract employees under control.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Graduate degree.
- 10-15 years of experience in the WH industry with a logistics background preferred.
