What you´ll do:

- To ensure effective implementation and monitoring of the daily production plan to carry out the production activities in the shift as per the daily batch sheet.
- To facilitate timely execution of the maintenance procedures and standards at the plant
- To ensure adherence to Henkel SHE standards, ISO Standards
- To ensure maintenance of in-process & final quality. To implement the quality standards and procedures at the plant and adhere to Henkel QSHE standards, and to ensure production as per requirement Quality standard.
- To supervise contract employees in the plant including planning and assigning work
- To implement policies & procedures and recommend improvements in production methods/equipment/working conditions
- Also, responsible for productivity, maintenance, SHE for entire plant.
- To manage production and maintenance at the plant - ensure plant availability for operations, schedule plant operations, implement productivity improvement projects.

What makes you a valuable fit:

- Diploma in Chemical Engineering / BSC / MSC Chemistry graduate
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in chemical production
- Knowledge of maintaining quality, maintenance, housekeeping, sustainability, Safety, Hygiene & Energy standards etc.
