Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare array layouts, equipment layouts and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for solar projects.

- Carry out system sizing calculations and prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

- Conduct technical research on solar products, equipment and systems.

- Study and apply relevant IEC and IS standards applicable to solar projects.

- Understand and apply applicable solar policies and MNRE guidelines for Goa and neighboring states.

- Maintain and update design databases, CRM and project trackers.

- Monitor RMS platforms,



including performance analysis and generation comparison.

- Coordinate with the Procurement team and vendors on technical requirements and product-related communication.

- Work closely with the Design Manager on process improvement initiatives and project management activities.

- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure design requirements are clearly communicated and projects progress as per technical requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable, or Energy Engineering.

- Freshers are welcome (0–1 year experience).

- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems is a plus.

- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools preferred.

- Positive learning attitude and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a team and communicate well.
