This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engagement Manager based in India. This role leads complex customer engagements from initial scoping through successful delivery and renewal. You will act as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment around outcomes, timelines, and expectations. The position combines client leadership, project governance, commercial ownership, and cross-functional delivery. You will coordinate teams across solution architecture, data engineering, product, and support to deliver high-impact solutions. The role also involves managing risks, budgets, scope, change requests, and measurable business value throughout each engagement. You will operate in a global, fast-paced environment where structured execution, strategic thinking, and strong communication are essential. Accountabilities - Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer engagements, coordinating communication across business and technical stakeholders. - Lead project governance through steering committees, status reviews, executive presentations, and regular stakeholder updates. - Translate customer objectives into clear engagement plans, milestones, deliverables, and measurable success criteria. - Own engagement scope, timelines, dependencies, resources, and delivery plans from initiation through completion and renewal. - Coordinate cross-functional teams including Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Product, and Support. - Manage client expectations, scope boundaries, change requests, escalations, and conflict resolution. - Maintain delivery governance through RAID logs, status reporting, change control, communication plans,



and other project-management practices.

- Ensure high-quality project documentation, including project charters, statements of work, status materials, runbooks, and handover documentation. - Own services SOWs, including scope, assumptions, deliverables, acceptance criteria, budgets, and financial performance. - Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling in partnership with Sales and Customer Success teams. - Define and track value metrics such as adoption, performance, time-to-value, and measurable business impact. - Drive user adoption and change-management initiatives with customer sponsors and stakeholders. - Maintain a consolidated view of project health across schedule, scope, budget, risk, quality, and customer satisfaction. - Anticipate and mitigate delivery risks while managing dependencies across internal and external teams. - Apply appropriate delivery methodologies and best practices, including agile or hybrid approaches and relevant data, AI, and software development standards. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - 7+ years of experience in consulting, qualified services, project management, or a comparable client-facing delivery environment. - Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations involving SaaS, data and analytics, AI/ML, MarTech, CDP, or related technologies. - Strong project-management expertise across planning, estimation, resource coordination, risk management, governance, and delivery execution. - Demonstrated experience managing SOWs, budgets, commercial considerations, and profitability for services engagements. - Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and executive audiences. - Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
