About the Company

Shell Consultancy is seeking a customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join its growing service operations. The role offers an opportunity to build strong communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills while supporting customers across multiple service touchpoints.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer questions through phone, email, chat, or other assigned channels in a courteous and timely manner.
- Understand customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve issues within defined service standards.
- Record interactions, update customer information, and maintain clear case notes in the relevant systems.
- Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate internal team and follow through until closure.




- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior customer service experience is not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a patient, helpful, and professional approach.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn customer support tools and processes quickly.
- Good listening, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort working full-time from the assigned office location in Jaipur, Gurgaon, Delhi, Indore, or Mumbai.

This is a full-time, in-office chance with an annual salary range of ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,00,000. Candidates who enjoy helping people and can consistently deliver a positive service experience are encouraged to apply.
