Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager (Production and Quality) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations with a focus on production, inventory management, Quality Control and dispatch. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and distribution partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee production processes to ensure seamless operations and address quality issues in collaboration with the production team. Take care of daily production goals and provide regular updates. Maintain Excel sheets to track production progress.

- Conduct audits to refine and enhance production, inventory, and dispatch processes.

- Test materials before dispatch and ensure all necessary documents are attached to products.

- Manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize wastage,



and ensure timely product availability. Manage inventory using Zoho Inventory, ensuring accurate updates and overseeing the entire product cycle.

- Coordinate dispatch operations to guarantee on-time delivery of products in excellent condition.

- Develop and implement QC procedures aligned with regulatory mandates and customer expectations.

- Maintain detailed records of all QC activities for transparency and accountability.

- Lead and guide the QC team, ensuring adherence to protocols and fostering continuous improvement.

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to enhance QC practices.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

- B.Tech in EEE or related field (preferred).

- 4-8 years in logistics, supply chain, or operations in electronics manufacturing.

- Strong in production, inventory management, and dispatch.

- Proficient in logistics software; Zoho Inventory is a plus.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

- Analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

- Adaptable with work hours and travel.
