Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with 7–10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in test automation, API testing, integration testing, E2E testing, database validation, and CI/CD environments . The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, identifying defects, improving test automation coverage, and ensuring the reliability and quality of applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases .
- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress .
- Perform API testing using Postman and validate REST APIs.
- Conduct integration, system, regression, and End-to-End (E2E) testing .
- Perform SQL queries and database validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps .
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.
- Perform performance and load testing using JMeter or equivalent tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve defects.
- Analyze test results and provide clear quality reports and recommendations.




- Contribute to improving QA processes, automation coverage, and overall product quality.

Required Skills

- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance .
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress .
- Positive knowledge of API testing, REST APIs, and Postman .
- Strong understanding of Integration and E2E testing .
- Hands-on experience with SQL and database validation .
- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Git .
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing .
- Experience with JMeter or other performance testing tools .
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, test planning, and regression testing.

Nice to Have

- Experience in Air Cargo, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Airline domains .
- Knowledge of Cargo Booking, Shipment Tracking, API Integrations, and Digital Platforms .
- Experience working with complex enterprise applications and third-party integrations.
- Exposure to AI-assisted testing and development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT.
- Experience in improving automation frameworks and test coverage.

Mandatory Requirements

- UAN is required.
- Valid Passport is required.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams.
