About the Company

Talent Hunt Management is hiring for a Branch Operations opportunity in the insurance sector. This role is suited to fresh graduates who are eager to begin their careers in branch administration, customer coordination, sales support, and day-to-day business operations. The selected candidate will work from Hassan or Bangalore and receive an annual CTC of ₹2.5 LPA, along with incentives.

Responsibilities

- Support daily branch operations, administration, and assigned business activities.
- Coordinate with branch teams to help maintain smooth and timely operations.
- Handle customer coordination and communication with internal teams.
- Maintain, update, and organize branch records, reports, and documentation.
- Provide operational support to sales and service teams as required.




- Track assigned tasks and ensure their timely completion.

Requirements

- Graduate qualification from a recognized institution.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and sound organizational skills.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to coordinate effectively with branch and sales teams.
- Applicants must be male candidates aged 23 years and willing to work in Hassan or Bangalore.
- Eligible candidates must have passed out in 2025 or 2026.

Compensation: ₹2.5 LPA annual CTC plus incentives. This is a full time, in-office role with one opening.
