Guidepoint is hiring for the role of Research Associate!

Responsibilities of the Intern:

- Identify and recruit senior industry professionals (executives, operators, customers, investors, and subject matter experts) aligned to priority private market sectors.
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach daily via phone (cold calling), LinkedIn, and email.
- Screen, qualify, and engage senior professionals, clearly articulating Guidepoint’s value proposition.
- Build and maintain accurate profiles in Guidepoint’s CRM systems while meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly recruiting KPIs.
- Work in a fixed US-hours night shift from the office (approx. 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM IST).

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic performance.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, B2B sales, inside sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach as a core daily activity.
- Solid written and verbal English communication skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with willingness and ability to work a fixed US-hours night shift in Gurugram.
