HSBC is hiring for the role of Research Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

- Support the Global Investment Research Client Management team on client pricing, payment tracking, and consumption analysis for institutional clients.
- Assist in the management and analysis of broker vote data (collection, validation, tracking, and reporting).
- Produce regular and ad-hoc management information reports, dashboards, and analysis for senior stakeholders across Research.
- Support preparation for client meetings, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations by providing accurate and timely analysis.
- Contribute to strategic and transformation workstreams across the Research function, including process automation and reporting improvements in line with regulatory compliance (e.g.,



MiFID).

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s / MBA degree from a reputed institution with 1–5 years of relevant work experience in financial services, research support, client analytics, or commercial support roles.
- Good understanding of capital markets, equity research, broker vote processes, or research valuation frameworks.
- Solid analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (experience with VBA, Python, or Power BI is an advantage).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
