Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development professional to drive business growth, client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue generation in Jaipur.

The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of Business Development experience, preferably from the Travel Agency, Hospitality, Gaming Zone, Entertainment, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
- Explore new markets and partnership opportunities to increase business.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly track business performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Experience





- 6+ years of relevant Business Development / Sales experience.
- Candidates from Travel Agency, Hospitality, Gaming Zone, Entertainment, or related industries preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Should be comfortable with client meetings and business negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of the Jaipur market will be an advantage.
- Male/Female candidates can apply.
- Candidate should be 30+ years of age.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
