Job description *

Preparation of Customer Invoices on a periodical basis (Daily / Weekly and Monthly) and verification of customer invoices

Preparation and verification of customer accounts and analysing the due / past due and overdue invoices

Preparation of Quotations, work orders, Sales orders and other customer related documents

Sharing and communicating to customers all invoices via email, Phone calls and follow-up on the invoices

Preparation of customer master data and updation of all information on a timely basis

Sending reminders to the customers for their due invoices and follow-up on the same until the invoices are fully paid

Preparation of Customer Outsanding Report and maintaining of all customer due udpates.

Prepation of all Reciepts from customers and maintaining their reporting

Accounting of All purchase invoices and Purchase orders.

Any other task as per requirement from Finance controller

Educational and Experience Requirements





MBA Graduate / B.com

3 to 5 years experience in Accounts recievable and Credit control

Skills Required

Excellent Communication in English - Mandatory

Soft spoken, ability to lead the team and a team player

Excellent MS Office Skills incl. MS Excel, MS Power point presentations

Robust understanding of accounting, taxation and Auditing

Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills

Effective written communication and interpersonal Skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
