Job Summary

We are looking for a PCB Technician with hands-on experience in PCB troubleshooting, component-level repair, soldering, and electronic testing. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing PCBs used in solar inverters, UPS systems, SMPS, MPPT charge controllers, and other power-electronics equipment.

Freshers with strong practical knowledge of electronics and PCB repair may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in solar inverter and power-electronics PCBs.
- Identify faulty electronic components and perform component-level repairs.
- Repair and replace MOSFETs, IGBTs, diodes, bridge rectifiers, capacitors, resistors, relays, transformers, ICs, optocouplers, and SMD components.
- Perform SMD and through-hole soldering and PCB rework.
- Repair damaged PCB tracks, pads, connectors, and solder joints.
- Troubleshoot power supply, charging, inverter, protection, and communication circuits.
- Test PCBs before and after repair to ensure proper functionality.
- Use electronic testing equipment for fault diagnosis and component testing.
- Identify root causes of repeated PCB failures and support corrective actions.
- Read and understand circuit diagrams and PCB layouts.
- Maintain repair records, testing reports, and component replacement details.
- Follow ESD and electrical safety procedures during repair and testing.
- Coordinate with the service and engineering teams for complex technical issues.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
- Practical knowledge of power electronics and SMPS circuits.
- Hands-on experience in PCB troubleshooting and repair.
- Good knowledge of electronic components such as MOSFETs, IGBTs, diodes,



capacitors, relays, optocouplers, and gate-driver circuits.
- Experience with SMD soldering and PCB rework.
- Ability to read circuit diagrams and PCB layouts.
- Good fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of solar inverters and MPPT systems will be an advantage.
- Ability to use electronic testing instruments.

- Soldering Station
- Hot-Air Rework Station
- Component Tester
- Microscope / Magnifying Inspection System
- Insulation / High-Voltage Testing Equipment, where applicable

Educational Qualification

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or a related field.

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in PCB repair, electronics repair, power electronics, solar inverter repair, UPS, SMPS, or related areas.
- Freshers with strong practical PCB/electronics knowledge may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be hands-on and technically strong, with the ability to independently diagnose PCB faults, identify defective components, perform component-level repairs, and test repaired PCBs.

Experience with solar inverters, UPS, SMPS, MPPT, battery electronics, or other power-electronics equipment will be preferred.
