Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telly Caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, following up with customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for further customer follow-up.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach while communicating with customers.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Language known: Hindi,English and Gujarati
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Previous Telly Calling/Sales experience will be an advantage.
